Leading Like Jesus

This 6-week cohort is designed for pastors or entrepreneurs and uses Ephesians 4 as a basis to understand how you are gifted like Jesus. Gifted to lead, gifted to unify your team, gifted to activate the unique skills of those around you.

The cohort includes:

  • One MPACT inventory that is the starting point for discovering your God-given leadership capacities
  • Hands-on coaching from co-founders Dave Mills and Amy Alexander
  • One-on-one coaching session on your MPACT inventory
  • 6 group sessions with other leaders just like you
  • Applications for ministry as well as marketplace (using language that even a non-believer can understand)

Why does MPACT matter?

Identity in Christ is the basis for every believer. This cohort is designed to give practical, specific frameworks that can be used in every part of a believer's life. The applications for those in ministry (within a church setting or in the marketplace) are endless.

Not only is it foundational to understand the ways Jesus has gifted you, it's crucial to see the larger body of Christ through the lens of Ephesians 4 in order to reach maturity (that's what scripture tells us).

GET ON THE LIST

  • Build unified teams who have grace and appreciation for one another

  • Create a culture where conflict and tension build one another up in love

  • Place people on "the right seat of the bus," operating in areas where they shine

  • Spread practical language for Biblical truths that non-believers can appreciate and believers can take into their journey with Jesus.
